This Shipping & Returns Policy covers any goods or products ("Products") you purchase from Tanta Company Limited d/b/a perlaformentini.com (collectively "Perla Formentini", "we", "our", "us") through our website, www.perlaformentini.com, our mobile applications, and/or other online services (collectively the "Site"). Our Shipping & Returns Policy is incorporated in our Terms of Use, which also apply when you use our Site. By purchasing our Products via our Site, you agree to the terms in our Shipping & Returns Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not purchase our Products through our Site.
SHIPPING
Enjoy free ground shipping on all orders within the contiguous U.S. (48 adjoining states and Washington D.C.). Alaska and Hawaii are required to ship by 2-Day Express. International shipments are available to China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan at the moment.

Orders can be shipped to only one address at a time. For orders to multiple addresses, please place the orders separately. Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. We will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. All shipments would require a signature upon delivery.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. federal holidays.

We are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
If you refuse delivery of any order placed on our Site, the package will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid, but shipping charges are non-refundable.
RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our top priority. We will accept your return of Products in original condition and packaging, with all tags attached, within 14 days of receipt of your order. To start the return process, please follow the instructions at the back of your pick ticket that comes with your order and fill in the reason of your return.

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on our Site. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
All items marked FINAL SALE cannot be returned and/or refunded at any time.
Please note, we only accept returns that were purchased via the Site. We will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers.
To make a return is easy:
For returns originating from the U.S.
- If your shipment came to you from our warehouse outside of the US, please email us at orders@perlaformentini.com for further instructions. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below.
- Circle the reason for return at the back of the pick ticket
- Check that you are returning the correct item in its corresponding shoe box, with all its original packaging and in original condition
- Enclosed the pick ticket document along with your returned items
- Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping carton box, cleared of any old labels
- Ship by one of the following options
Option 1:
- Affix the pre-paid UPS return label provided onto the box, and drop it off at any UPS pickup location
- The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (48 Contiguous U.S. - $10; Hawaii & Alaska - $25)
- Retain the tracking number for your records
Option 2:
- Ship the items back on your own simply by using any other trackable method, at your expense, to the address listed below
- Insure the package

- Once you have received a returns authorization, please use a trackable, insurable courier to return the package. That way any damages or loss in transit, should there be any, can be claimed.

Upon receipt of returned Products, we reserve the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet the Shipping and Return Policy requirements.
Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.
