WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT ONLINE?

We accept the following forms of payment at perlaformentini.com: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Perla Formentini collects sales taxes where required by law. In instances where Perla Formentini is not required to collect taxes, customers are responsible for determining and paying sales and use taxes on their own.

THE STYLE I LIKE IS SOLD OUT. WHAT CAN I DO?

We have very small quantities available for each style and the shoes could be sold out quickly. However, we do make reorders and can notify you as soon as your style or similar styles are available. Please write us at order@perlaformentini.com, and include the style, size and color you are interested in. 

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

You can check the status of your Perlaformentini.com order by logging into your perlaformentini.com account and visit Purchases section of your account.

You will receive an order confirmation email after your order has been placed and you will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Your shipping confirmation email will include the tracking number for your package. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours after the package leaves our warehouse for the tracking information to appear in the shipment tracking system.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Because our orders process very quickly once submitted, they cannot be changed or canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience.

WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH A PERLA FORMENTINI PRODUCT?

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive an item not to your satisfaction, please email us at orders@perlaformentini.com with your order number and full name.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

At the moment, in the United States, we ship to the 48 contiguous states, Washington D.C., Alaska and Hawaii. We are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. boxes. 

Internationally, we ship to China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER SHIPPED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship orders to multiple addresses. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address. Please note that each individual shipment will incur separate shipping charges.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Making a return is easy:


For returns originating from the US

// If your shipment came to you from our warehouse outside of the US, please email us at orders@perlaformentini.com for further instructions. Otherwise, please follow the instructions below.

// Circle the reason for return at the back of the pick ticket

// Check that you are returning the correct item in its corresponding shoe box, with all its original packaging and in original condition

// Enclosed the pick ticket document along with your returned items

// Securely pack and seal the return merchandise in an appropriate shipping carton box, cleared of any old labels

// Ship by one of the following options

Option 1:

// Affix the pre-paid UPS return label provided onto the box, and drop it off at any UPS pickup location

// The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (48 Contiguous U.S. - $10; Hawaii & Alaska - $25)

// Retain the tracking number for your records

Option 2:

// Ship the items back on your own simply by using any other trackable method, at your expense, to the address below

// Insure the package

Upon receipt of returned goods, perlaformentini.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet the return policy requirements.

Please allow 2 weeks for us to receive your return package. All refunds to credit cards will appear within 1-2 billing statements.

WHEN I MAKE A RETURN, WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

For returns made within the date range specified in our return policy, you will be refunded the full value of your order, minus original and return shipping charges.

CAN I RETURN SALE MERCHANDISE PURCHASED FROM PERLAFORMENTINI.COM?

Sale merchandise is included in our 14-day return policy with the exception of Final Sale merchandise as marked on your order confirmation. Final Sale merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged.

CAN I RETURN AN ITEM I PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTION CODE?

Yes, you can return an item purchased with a promotion code, provided the item was not Final Sale.

HOW MUCH WILL I BE CHARGED IF I USE THE PRE-PAID UPS RETURN LABEL?

The cost of return shipping, US$10 for any number of items for contiguous US and US$25 for Hawaii and Alaska, will be deducted from your refund.

Returns shipping from China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, United Kingdom will be at customer's own expense.

CAN I MAKE EXCHANGES?

At this time, we cannot automatically process exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange and place a new order on perlaformentini.com.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT REGISTERING?

Unfortunately, no. We require registration to provide better customer service. You can select to not receive our email updates or unsubscribe from our mailing list at anytime.
